Shipping & Processing
All orders ship UPS and generally arrive within 3-5 business days. Please allow five full working days to elapse before querying about your order, as small delays can happen. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an automated email with tracking information. Tracking information might now be available for the first 24 hours once your order is picked up by UPS.
Each customer is responsible for any fees, duties, or taxes that they may incur when shipping to countries outside of the US. If you have any issues with the delivery of your international order please contact the shipping company directly for assistance.
Returns & Exchanges
Exchanges are only offered in the event of an item being damaged. If your order arrives damaged, please email photos to Hello@honeyandoak.com with your order number, a quick photo of your damaged candle and a replacement will be sent out, completely free!
As a small business, we are not currently accepting returns, but if you are not satisfied with your order please get in touch.
